My Philosophy in Three Parts

I believe that we each have the power to effect positive change, especially when it comes to working in harmony with the natural environment. By taking actions both large and small, from the individual level up through non profit, government and business initiatives, we make our world a better place.

The second principal of my philosophy is that information needs to be accessible. Much of the time technical and science based content is wrapped in unnecessary jargon and complexity, leaving the learner confused, overwhelmed and discouraged. Many important concepts can be presented in understandable ways, which ultimately motivate and empower individuals and organizations.

The third tenet of my philosophy is that I am a firm believer in the power of relationships as a means to advancing goals and inspiring commitment. My long time passion for these issues and knowledge of the landscape means I can help connect you with the people, information and resources you need to turn challenges into opportunities, and translate goals into actionable plans.
